This page is dedicated to our "innovative" cuisine. It will be a space where we will share only the best of our well-accomplished culinary experiments inspired by the influences of the cultures we have visited and exchanged cooking secrets with. We called it Fusion as it best fits the description above, and not in a vain attempt of crowning ourselves with the fame the word fusion usually brings with it.
