And so it starts, rolling pin in our
backpack, off we go to meet new people and places, to fill our nostrils with perfumes
of new spices, preparing dishes and of course tasting them. But not only! We are
going on a quest: to meet people, exchange experiences, getting a peek into new
cultures.

Before going on our adventurous trip, we wanted to experiment with the idea of the culinary exchange project within the good old continent. Here in Europe, borders and language barriers are less problematic and therefore the approach should be more simple, but hopefully not entirely without surprises. |
