strozzapreti pancetta prosciutto salsiccia
Questo è un ragù ricco e saporitissimo, che
compensa ampiamente la semplicità degli strozzapreti.
INGREDIENTS
200 gr fresh bacon
200 gr prosciutto
200 fresh sausage
1 medium onion or 2 shallot
150 gr tomato sauce or chooped tomatoes
1 glass of dry white wine
parsley
salt and pepper
oil
1 chilli (or more, as you like)

Stir fry the chopped onion and the chilli withb oil and when the onion is golden add the finely chopped bacon.
After 3-4 minutes add the sausage witout the skin and properly shredded salsiccia.
When the sausage is stri fried, add prosciutto cut into thin stripes and fade everything with a glass of white wine.
Finally pour the chopped tomatoes and cook it on a low heat for half an hour, seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary.
When the sauce is almoust finished, sprinkl with chopped fresh parsley.
